On April 26th 2016 Prof Ramunas Vilpisauskas (Vilnius UNiversity), Prof. Wolfgang Wessels (UNiversity of Cologne), and Renaldas Vaisbrodas (Chief foreign Policy Advisor to the President of Lithuania) discussed the European Coucnil's role as a crisis manager and constitutional architect. The issue was analysed using the example of February 2016 European Council meeting where a deal was negotiated with the United Kingdom for the case that it had remained in the EU.
