In a roundtable discussion on January 12th 2016, Dr Yvonne Nasshoven, Federal Foreign Office of Germany gave insights into the functioning of the European Council out of a national ministry’s perspective. Her contribution then was reflected by Professor Wolfgang Wessels and Alina Thieme (both University of Cologne) out of a scientific perspective.
